Returns Policy

At Pura Wellness, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward 14-day return policy.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. To start a return, simply email us at hello@purawellness.store within 14 days of receiving your order.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval and process your refund within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

If you received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us immediately with a photo and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
